📦 Nature of Our Products

DesignRanga is a digital-only store. All products sold on designranga.com are digital downloads — PNG image files delivered as a ZIP archive immediately after payment.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are subject to a different return and refund policy than physical goods. Once a digital file is downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

✅ When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a full refund without question in the following situations:

• Payment deducted but no download link received — if your payment was successful but the download link was not delivered to your email or shown on the order confirmation page.
• Duplicate payment charged — if you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error.
• Files are corrupted or cannot be opened — if the ZIP file we delivered is corrupted, password-protected by mistake, or otherwise cannot be opened on a standard device.
• Wrong product delivered — if the files you received do not match the product you purchased (e.g. you bought a Diwali image pack and received a Holi image pack).
• Significantly different from preview — if the downloaded image is materially and substantially different from the product preview shown on the product page.

❌ When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind — you purchased the image but decided you no longer want it after downloading.
• Didn’t like the style — the image design, colour or style is not to your personal preference. All images are clearly shown in preview before purchase.
• Accidental purchase — you purchased the wrong product by mistake. Please review your selection carefully before completing payment. Contact us immediately before downloading and we will try to help.
• Already used or shared — the image has been shared on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or used in any other way after purchase.
• Incompatible device — if you are unable to open ZIP files or PNG images on your device. These are standard file formats supported on all modern phones and computers.
• Personalized images — images generated through the personalized image generator are custom-created specifically for you based on your inputs. These are non-refundable once generated and downloaded, as they have no value to any other customer.

✨ Personalized Image Generator — Special Terms

Our AI-powered personalized image generator creates a unique festival image based on inputs you provide — your name, message, language selection and occasion choice.

• Free preview before payment — you can see the full generated image before paying. Only pay ₹99 if you are satisfied with the result.
• Regenerate before paying — if you are unhappy with the AI output, you can click Start Over and generate a new image completely free before making any payment decision.
• No refund after download — once you have paid and downloaded your personalized image, refunds are not available. The image was created specifically for your inputs.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

🔧 Download Issues — We Will Always Help

If you are facing technical difficulty accessing your purchased files, please contact us before requesting a refund. In most cases we can resolve the issue immediately:

• We can resend your download link if it has expired.
• We can send the files directly via email if the ZIP download is not working.
• We can provide guidance on how to open ZIP files on Android, iPhone, Windows or Mac.
• We can verify your payment and manually fulfil your order if there was a gateway error.

🚫 No Physical Returns

DesignRanga does not sell physical products. There are no physical goods to return, no shipping involved, and no return shipping address. All sales are digital-only.

⚠️ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

• Contest the chargeback with evidence of successful delivery.
• Suspend access to your account and any future purchases.
• Block the email address from future orders.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first at support@designranga.com — we are a small team and we will always try to resolve your issue fairly and quickly. A chargeback harms small businesses disproportionately and is almost never necessary when you contact us directly.

⚖️ Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and applicable RBI guidelines on digital payments. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India.
