All files are PNG format, watermark-free, and full resolution.

Yes. Every ready-made product page on the store shows a preview of the image. The preview may include a small watermark for protection — the downloaded files are completely watermark-free. For personalized images, you can see the full AI-generated image before paying anything — the preview is completely free.

For very large format printing like flex banners above 3×4 feet, we recommend consulting your print shop about resolution requirements. The 300 DPI file is suitable for most standard printing needs.

You can add: your personal name or family name, your shop or business name, a personal festival wish or message (in Telugu, Hindi or English), and a promotional message such as your business address, phone number or special offer. All text is rendered cleanly into the festival image design by AI.

Your personal message or shop name can be written in Telugu (తెలుగు), Hindi (हिंदी) or English. The festival wish in the image uses authentic Telugu script by default. If you want your personal message in Telugu script, select Telugu as your language and type your message in Telugu.

It is a one-time payment of ₹99 per image pack. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no membership fees. You pay for what you buy, when you buy it. You are never automatically charged again unless you make a new purchase.

Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details, UPI ID or banking credentials on our servers. The payment page uses SSL encryption (HTTPS). You can verify the padlock icon in your browser address bar before entering any payment details.

This occasionally happens due to a payment gateway timeout. First, check your email (including spam/junk folder) for an order confirmation and download link. Also check your WooCommerce account under My Downloads at /my-account/downloads/. If the download is not there, email us via our Contact page with your payment screenshot or UPI transaction ID — we will manually fulfil your order within a few hours.

Duplicate charges can occur due to network issues during payment. Email us immediately at our contact page with your payment screenshots showing both transactions. We will verify with our payment gateway and refund the duplicate charge within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Yes. An order confirmation email is sent to your email address immediately after a successful payment. This email contains your order number, product details, amount paid and download link. If you need a GST invoice or formal receipt for business purposes, email us via our Contact page with your order number and GSTIN.

Digital products sold in India are subject to GST as applicable under Indian tax law. The price displayed at checkout (₹99) is the final price inclusive of any applicable taxes. We will clearly indicate the tax breakdown at checkout.

Currently we accept payments through Indian payment methods only — UPI, Indian debit/credit cards and Indian net banking. International cards (non-Indian issued) and PayPal are not supported at this time. If you are an NRI or international customer, Indian-issued cards including NRI bank accounts linked to Indian payment systems should work. For special assistance contact us at our contact page.

Do not pay again if your UPI transaction is showing pending. UPI pending transactions typically resolve within 30 minutes to a few hours. If the transaction completes successfully, you will receive your download link by email. If the transaction fails, the amount will be automatically reversed to your bank account within 3–5 business days. Contact us only if the payment is deducted and not reversed after 5 business days.

After a successful payment you will be automatically redirected to the order confirmation page which contains a download link. Click the link to download your ZIP file. An email with the same download link is also sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also access all your purchases anytime at /my-account/downloads/.

Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and can be downloaded up to 5 times. We recommend downloading your files immediately after purchase and saving them to your device or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox). If your download link has expired, email us via our Contact page with your order number and we will reactivate it.

Check the following in order: 1) Your email inbox for an order confirmation email from DesignRanga — check spam/junk folders too. 2) Log in to your account at /my-account/downloads/. 3) Check the order confirmation page URL if you still have the browser tab open. If you still cannot find it, email us via our Contact page with your order number or payment reference and we will resend the link immediately.

Android: Most Android phones can open ZIP files directly from the Files or My Files app. Tap the ZIP file and select Extract. Alternatively download a free app like ZArchiver or RAR from the Play Store. iPhone/iPad: iOS 13 and above can open ZIP files natively — tap the ZIP file in the Files app and it will extract automatically. For older iOS, download the Files by Google app or iZip from the App Store.

Windows: Right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract All” — no additional software needed. Mac: Double-click the ZIP file and it will automatically extract to a folder. For both systems, the extracted folder will contain your 6 PNG image files ready to use.

Yes, within the download link validity period (30 days, up to 5 downloads). We strongly recommend saving your files to a cloud storage service like Google Drive or Dropbox immediately after download so you have a permanent backup. If your download link expires, contact us — we will try to reactivate it where possible, but we cannot guarantee access to files from purchases older than 90 days.

This is usually a partial download issue — the ZIP downloaded but did not complete fully. Delete the incomplete ZIP file and download again using the same link. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and do not close the browser during the download. If the problem persists after two attempts, email us via our Contact page and we will send the individual PNG files directly.

Try the following steps: 1) Refresh the page. 2) Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). 3) Try a different browser — Chrome is recommended. 4) Disable browser extensions, especially ad blockers, which can sometimes block generator scripts. 5) Check your internet connection. If the generator still does not load, email us via our Contact page.

Normal generation takes 30–60 seconds. If the spinner has been running for more than 3 minutes, there may be a server timeout. Refresh the page and try generating again — this usually resolves the issue. If it happens repeatedly, try again after a few minutes as the AI server may be under heavy load. Email us at our contact page if the issue persists.

Click Start Over and regenerate — do not pay for an image with a spelling error. Before regenerating, double-check the spelling you entered in the name/message field. If the AI consistently misspells your name or text across multiple generations, email us via our Contact page with the details and we will investigate the issue.

Yes. The in-browser preview is displayed at a reduced resolution for faster loading. The actual downloaded PNG files are full resolution — 1080×1080px for social media sizes and up to 4096×4096px for the print-ready file. If the downloaded file itself appears blurry when viewed at full size on your device, contact us and we will investigate.

DesignRanga.com is designed to work on all modern smartphones. Try: 1) Clear your browser cache and reload. 2) Use Chrome or Safari — the latest versions work best. 3) Check your internet connection. 4) Try in a private/incognito window to rule out caching issues. If the site consistently does not load properly on your device, email us with your device model and browser version at our contact page.

This means your device does not have Telugu font support enabled. On Android: Go to Settings → Display → Font → ensure system fonts include Telugu (most modern Android phones support Telugu by default). On iPhone: iOS supports Telugu natively — try updating to the latest iOS version. On Windows: Telugu fonts are included in Windows 10 and 11. If the issue persists, try viewing on a different device.

If your order confirmation email did not arrive because of a typo in your email address, log in to your account at /my-account/ and check your orders and downloads there — you can access your download without the email. If you did not create an account, email us via our Contact page with your order number or payment reference and we will resend the download link to your correct email.

No. Digital products that have been successfully downloaded cannot be returned — once a file is downloaded, a copy exists on your device and the product has been delivered. This is standard practice for all digital download stores. However, if you received a wrong, corrupted or significantly misrepresented file, you are eligible for a refund. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

We will issue a full refund if: your payment was deducted but no download was delivered, you were charged twice for the same order, the downloaded files are corrupted and cannot be opened, you received the wrong product, or the downloaded image is significantly different from the preview shown on the product page. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at our contact page.

If you have not yet downloaded the file, contact us immediately at our contact page — we will try to swap your order for the correct product. If you have already downloaded the file, refunds for accidental purchases are generally not available as the digital product has already been delivered. Please review your selection carefully before completing payment.

No. Change of mind refunds are not available for digital products that have been downloaded. Every product page shows a clear preview of the image before purchase — please review it carefully before completing payment. This policy is consistent with standard digital goods practice and Indian consumer protection guidelines for digital products.

Email us at our contact page with the subject “Refund Request — Order #[your order number]”. Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, the reason for your refund request, and a screenshot of the issue if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Once we approve your refund, it will be initiated within 1 business day. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method: UPI — 1 to 3 business days. Debit/Credit card — 3 to 5 business days. Net banking — 3 to 7 business days. If you do not receive the refund within 7 business days of approval, contact your bank with the refund reference number we provide.

We do not have a formal exchange policy for digital products. However, if you purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded it, contact us at our contact page — we will assess the situation and try to help where possible. This is handled case by case at our discretion.

If you have raised a chargeback, please also email us via our Contact page so we can understand your concern and try to resolve it directly. If we can resolve your issue, we will request you withdraw the chargeback. If a chargeback is raised without a genuine reason, we will contest it with delivery evidence. We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly — chargebacks are harmful to small businesses and are almost never necessary when you contact us first.

Our commercial use license permits you to use the image for business promotion — sharing on business WhatsApp groups, printing on shop banners, using in email marketing, adding your shop name (especially with personalized images), and other standard business promotional uses. You cannot resell the image as-is or claim copyright ownership over it.

Yes. Once purchased, you can share the image on as many platforms as you like — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, print, email — with no additional cost or restriction. The license is for the purchaser and does not limit how many places you share it or how many people receive it when you share it.

No. You cannot resell DesignRanga images, upload them to stock image sites (Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Freepik etc.), sell them on other marketplaces, redistribute them as digital products, or offer them as free downloads to others. The license is for your personal and business use only — not for redistribution or resale of the image files themselves.

Minor edits such as adding your name, text overlay, or cropping are permitted for personal use. Substantially altering, filtering, or modifying the core AI-generated artwork and then reselling or redistributing is not permitted. Yes, if you are a social media manager, designer or agency managing content for clients, you can use a purchased DesignRanga image for one client’s social media channels. Each client requires a separate purchase — you cannot use one purchased image across multiple different clients or businesses. Using the personalized image generator is ideal for agencies as you can add each client’s name to a unique image.

DesignRanga retains copyright ownership of all images on the platform, including AI-generated images created through our personalized generator. Your purchase grants you a license to use the image — it does not transfer copyright to you. You may not claim the images as your own original creation or register copyright over them.

Yes. Non-profit, charitable and NGO use falls within our personal and commercial use license. You can use purchased images for awareness campaigns, community event promotions, and festival celebrations at no additional cost or permission required.

No. You can purchase as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account at /my-account/ is recommended because it allows you to access all your purchase history and download links anytime from one place, without having to find individual order emails.

Go to /my-account/ and click Register. Enter your name, email address and a password. You can also create an account during checkout by checking the “Create account” option before completing payment.

Go to /my-account/ and click “Lost your password?”. Enter your email address and we will send a password reset link to your inbox. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes.

Log in to your account and go to /my-account/orders/ to see all your past orders. Click on any order to see its details and access the download link. If you purchased as a guest, check your order confirmation email for the download link.

Log in and go to /my-account/ → Account Details. You can update your name, email address and password from there. If you need to change the email address on a past order, contact us at our contact page.

To request account deletion, email us via our Contact page with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email address linked to your account. We will delete your account within 7 business days. Note that deleting your account will remove access to your order history and download links — download all your purchased files before requesting deletion.

Yes. All DesignRanga images include authentic Telugu script (తెలుగు లిపి) — not transliteration or machine-translated text. The festival wishes are written in grammatically correct Telugu as used by native Telugu speakers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Every image is reviewed for Telugu script accuracy before being listed on the store.

Currently all ready-made images are in Telugu only. The personalized image generator supports Telugu, Hindi and English for your personal message. We are planning to expand to Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam in future — follow us for updates.

For personalized images, you can type your own Telugu message directly in the generator using the Telugu keyboard on your phone or computer. For ready-made images, the Telugu wish is pre-set and part of the design. If you need a very specific Telugu phrase that is not available, contact us at our contact page — we may be able to add it as a future product.

Android: Go to Settings → General Management → Language and Input → On-screen keyboard → Add Telugu keyboard (Gboard supports Telugu). Once added, switch to Telugu keyboard when typing in the generator. iPhone: Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Telugu. Alternatively you can type in English and our generator will incorporate it as an English message overlay on the Telugu image.

Before paying, carefully check the Telugu text in your preview image. If there is a spelling error in the text you entered, click Start Over and correct the spelling in the input field before regenerating. If the AI has incorrectly rendered correctly-entered Telugu text, click Start Over and regenerate — this usually resolves rendering issues. Do not pay for an image with an error visible in the preview.

Where festivals have regional variations, we aim to represent the shared cultural heritage of all Telugu-speaking communities.

Yes — one purchase covers use for one client on their social media channels. If you manage multiple clients, each client requires a separate purchase. Using the personalized image generator is ideal — you can create a unique image with each client’s business name, making the image genuinely personalised for their audience and more effective than a generic shared image.

Yes. Our commercial license permits use in paid digital advertising including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Display Ads, and other paid platforms. There are no additional fees for using DesignRanga images in paid advertising campaigns.

Printing on merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, calendars, greeting cards) for sale to third parties is not permitted under our standard license. If you are interested in using DesignRanga images on merchandise, contact us at our contact page to discuss a custom merchandise licensing arrangement.

Print media advertising (newspaper ads, magazine ads, brochures, leaflets) for your own business is permitted under our commercial use license. If you are an advertising agency using the image in a campaign for a client, ensure the client has a valid purchase for the image. For large-scale or national media campaigns, contact us at our contact page to discuss appropriate licensing.
